Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) ProgrammeFrequently Asked Questions
The Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Programme
The Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programme has been set up to help strengthen the partner-customer relationship and enhance partner business opportunities through giving partners the ability to manage the complete Microsoft cloud customer lifecycle.
An Indirect Reseller can increase margins by up to 800% by switching to CSP through Vuzion as their Indirect Partner
There are 3 types of Cloud Solution Provider:
Direct Reseller, Indirect Provider, and Indirect Reseller
The programme puts the partner in charge of the customer relationship, incorporating within that responsibility for customer support and billing.
Direct providers deliver Microsoft cloud solutions to end customers and require their own infrastructure and resources to manage the end-to-end ownership of the customer relationship, including providing the support and billing capabilities.
An Indirect Partner provides the scalable provisioning and billing, education and support capabilities to providers who do not have the facility to manage the customer relationship themselves, and who participate in the programme as an Indirect Reseller.
CSP is replacing the Advisor partner model
In addition, Microsoft will be retiring the Advisor programme and are expecting those on the Advisor model to move to the CSP programme. So, for Advisors partners, now is the perfect time to consider joining the CSP programme.
