Head of Vuzion
As Head of Vuzion, I’m ultimately responsible for managing the partner team, with the team supporting our partners' business growth - from providing training and education, to account management, and go-to-market and business development support. The team is also there to ensure that partners obtain vendor incentives and competencies, and capitalise on the cloud opportunities.
Senior Account Manager
I’ve been with the company longer than anyone else in the Vuzion team, and have 12 years’ cloud experience. I’m passionate about customer service - where the customer is my partner - and have developed skills and knowledge across the breadth of our cloud offerings, from Microsoft 365 to Azure, to DocuSign.
Azure Commercial Lead
My role as Azure Commercial Lead here at Vuzion is to help our partners build a successful, and profitable Azure based business. Vuzion has a comprehensive set of value-added services to assist partners on this journey - and I really love helping our partners grow their business!
As a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), I’m responsible for training and educating our partners in the use of Microsoft technologies, such as Microsoft 365 and Azure, to help them build skills and capabilities and earn Microsoft competencies. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer I also provide consultative advice to help partners identify the right solutions for their customers.
Business Development Manager
My role is to onboard and manage key partners, so they maximise the opportunity that cloud and the CSP program offers, as well as heading our education business unit, assisting partners and education establishments along their journey to the cloud. A major part of my role is to visit partners, undertaking QBRs, attending partner events, and helping with go-to-market activities.
Business Development Manager
With over 10 years’ experience working in the IT industry, my role is to help drive the growth and education of the partners I work with, by fully understanding their organisation and business goals. Not ashamed to say I’m a huge tech geek - making working at the forefront of technology the best part about my role.
My role is to help our partners grow a successful cloud business. I have a keen interest in helping partners optimise their managed services offerings through our vendor catalogue, and proactively help partners with creating sales campaigns for new and existing customer bases.
Partner Development Executive
I’m responsible for finding new business for Vuzion, and looking after new partners, with my role including the responsibility of ensuring that new partners are welcomed and on boarded with relevant system demonstrations given. I then ensure a smooth handover to the Vuzion account manager most appropriate to meet the partner’s needs.
As first point of contact for any Vuzion billing-related queries, I can help with invoice queries, changes to payment methods or contact details, and any queries about orders failing due to issues with account balances.
Head of Product
I love leading our inspirational product team. We work throughout the business in a holistic way to deliver the very best products and user experience to our partners. With nearly two decades working in IT, I love that every day presents new challenges and opportunities.
I am a keen advocate of data driven design, agile development methodologies, and putting user experience first. My team is responsible for scoping, coding and releasing solutions that deliver value by way of increased operational visibility, automation of tasks and enhancing user experience.
Partner Support Manager
I’m passionate about ensuring partner satisfaction and that the Vuzion support team is supporting partners to a world-class, 5* standard, enabling partners to pass support responsibilities to Vuzion through Support-As-A-Service. The team is constantly innovating and thinking about how to improve our support capabilities to partners.
