The Vuzion Partner team is responsible for driving the recruitment, enablement, activation and ongoing management of Vuzion Partners (our reseller channel), and delivering the associated revenue and profit growth, partner satisfaction and team targets.

The team is responsible for owning the commercial and business relationships with our partners and is the main “face” of the business for all matters other than technical support.

The purpose of the Accelerate Business Development Manager is to be responsible for contributing to the overall success of the Vuzion Partner Team and the attainment of individual and team sales targets, driving profitable futureproof growth for Vuzion, through increasing the number of partners transacting with us, the frequency of orders and the value of overall business from Vuzion’s partners. This includes the initial recruitment and onboarding of new partners to Vuzion. The continuous business development activities into your set of allocated and recruited accounts and building relationships with vendors and some limited ongoing partner non-technical support.

This is a full-time position based from our Head Office in Fareham but may require limited travel to industry/company events, and to partner locations. This role may also include very occasional international travel.
