It’s a new Microsoft Financial Year and because of that we’re now beginning to develop a better understanding of the direction in which Business Apps are moving. The good news is that Vuzion is already well-placed to support our partners, and that is only going to grow and become stronger throughout the year.

A big focus for Microsoft is to do better at helping partners understand how Power Platform and Dynamics 365 work with the other elements in the MS stack and how you can leverage it to grow your revenue as a Microsoft reseller. The rest of this article will expand a bit further on that, along with how Vuzion and Microsoft can support you.

The partner-to-partner programme

In simple terms, Microsoft sees the partner-to-partner programme as key to continuing Dynamics 365’s and Power Platform’s explosive growth.

Whether you’re a Dynamics house that is looking for more customers, or a 365 focused MSP looking to grow your Dynamics 365 capability, the best way to grow is together. If you’re unsure of your support capabilities, rather than saying no to a new CRM or Power BI opportunity, speak to the team at Vuzion. If you have a Dynamics/Power BI/Power Automate opportunity we can work to connect you with one of our partners who has the experience to help you win the opportunity and manage and carry out the work. You can say YES more often!

Similarly, we will be working with our Business Apps-focused partners to leverage our partner base for 365/Azure opportunities.

Power Platform - growing profitability

Microsoft has shared a great Power Platform Webinar Series, created to help partners understand the path to profitability in using Power Platform, and which looks at Microsoft holistically rather than Power Platform as a standalone product. For instance, how can Power Automate leverage 365 in a security and compliance context?

If you’re curious about Power Platform but haven’t yet taken a look, or you would like to understand ways in which to monetise this opportunity, take a look at Microsoft’s Power Platform Partner Series … it’s all free!

Microsoft Inspire 2021

Microsoft’s annual partner event, Inspire, gets underway on 14 July 2021 and there are a whole bunch of sessions dedicated to Business Apps that should not be missed. If you haven’t already, register for Inspire now.

That’s it for the month of July – I’ll have more to share on Business Applications from Microsoft at the start of August.

If you have any questions about Power Platform or Dynamics 365, you can speak to anyone in the Vuzion team (call 0333 009 5939 or email - and if you’re looking for training opportunities be sure to take a look at our upcoming sessions delivered as part of our EDGE programme.
