Ian Hill, Channel Business Development Manager at Vuzion, writes …

Ian Hill“Only 15 percent of employees are actively engaged in their jobs.”

This is a statistic recently released by Microsoft.

Microsoft goes on to say, “That's why employee engagement is top-of-mind with your customers,” and, “You can show them how Microsoft 365 helps enhance engagement, efficiency, productivity, and the bottom line…”

And here at Vuzion, we’re seeing an ever-growing number of partners realising the benefits Microsoft 365 brings to the customer – and therefore the opportunity this represents for the partner.

Bringing together Office 365, Windows 10, and the best of EM+S (Enterprise Mobility + Security), Microsoft 365 delivers a complete, intelligent, secure solution, designed to enable an organisation’s employees to become more productive, while the company enhances security.

James Taylor, Head of Business Development at Windsor-based Care Computers, says, “This is a great product for us. It’s fantastic to have a product that even the teams are excited about. It’s a slick, well-engineered product.

“There is now a huge difference in the attitude to cloud to even a few years ago. Businesses are much more confident about cloud – and Microsoft 365 is not only very full featured, it’s affordable.”

For Care Computers, Microsoft 365 represents a particularly good option for the SMB and those businesses deciding on making the full jump to the cloud, and without on-premises systems that they wish to continue.

James Taylor also explains that additional features, such as the dashboard, go to make management far easier. He gives the example of it taking five minutes to prepare devices via the dashboard for a customer, “And connection to Azure with the input credentials was then simple.”

You can download a copy of the full case study, Case Study: Microsoft 365 – The Partner Opportunity, and which details further major benefits to offering the suite as identified by Care Computers along with a report of the company’s experience moving their first customer to Microsoft 365.
