Are your customers struggling to create strong email signatures for their business, or want to update them with imagery? Not many have heard of Exclaimer Cloud, or are using it to its full potential, especially when you consider the control it offers your customers and their emails. Exclaimer Cloud allows for personalised and precise configuration of email signatures, email disclaimers, email business branding and powerful anti-spam measures, among other features. Even better, it works alongside all the major email suites customers may use, such as Outlook and Office 365, for total ease of operation – perfect!

If you offer Exclaimer Cloud to your customers then read on for the latest updates:

Server-side advanced recipient rules

One new update realised last month that your clients will love is the new server-side-only advanced recipient rules. This will give them more flexibility in specifying when their email signature is applied. Your customers will now have the opportunity to dictate when a signature applies or not, based on the recipient's domain name or email address.

Another great thing about this update is that it is simple to use. It is only a case of accessing the 'Select Recipient' option and then outlining which email addresses or domains to apply to a certain signature. The key thing to note with this update is that it only works with an active server-side policy. The final action is simply to add the recipient and their details before clicking 'OK' to confirm.

Exporting signature templates

The other recent update that Exclaimer have made to their email solution is that they have changed how email signatures are exported within it. This can all be done much quicker now and will be appreciated by anyone using Exclaimer Cloud. A button has been added in the 'Signature Options' box that automatically downloads and saves the signature template as an .ExSig file to their computer's default location. Once this is done, it's ready to use when sending emails from the relevant account. Show your customers how to do this here.

In terms of new features for the Exclaimer email signature solution, that's it for this month. Although the changes above may seem small in number, they are sure to add more functionality to this product for your customers.
