Clare SatchwellIt’s great to be celebrating International Women’s Day with my colleagues here at Vuzion!

Commemorating "the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity," (International Women’s Day).  

At Vuzion, respect is a core company value - and that applies across the workforce, regardless of our gender.

In an industry that is traditionally male-dominated, the skills, expertise and professionalism that the women bring to the business is not only recognised, but championed.

We have the freedom to express and be ourselves, supported within a framework that embraces individual thinking, while career-wise, there is no glass ceiling, with training and up-skilling across the workforce integral to Vuzion’s business culture.

International Women’s Day was first marked in 1911, and today is a great opportunity to reflect on the journey women have made throughout the last century, and to know that we’re celebrating with women in so many different industries, and from different cultures, and nationalities, with the aim of continuing the drive for gender parity.
