Microsoft has today unlocked a multi-billion pound market opportunity for UK IT providers with the launch of Microsoft 365 Business Voice, the phone system designed for productivity, that is fully integrated in to Microsoft Teams.
The Microsoft 365 Business Voice solution brings together IT and telephony into a unified offering and enables IT providers to tap in to the multi-billion pound UK business telephony market. With Microsoft 365 Business Voice, any business can benefit from an all-in-one communication and collaboration solution that includes calling, chat, online meetings and content creation, all wrapped in the security, privacy, and compliance capabilities of Microsoft 365.
Through our deep relationship with Microsoft, we have been working with the Microsoft Teams product group for nearly a year on the solution, and this early access has enabled our teams to build a deep understanding of the capabilities of the solution. We have taken this understanding to build out a range of training, personal and meeting room devices and telephony services to help our partners take advantage of this opportunity.
The Microsoft 365 Business Voice solution has flexible deployment options that fit with the needs of any business.
If customers are tied into an existing telephony service contract the solution can be connected to that service, and Vuzion has partnered with Qunifi, to enable our partners to resell the Call2Teams add-on that brings the flexibility and productivity benefits of calling within Microsoft Teams, without needing to change the existing telephony service.
For customers able to switch to a completely new telephony service, either the native Microsoft service or a direct routing third party service can be purchased and provisioned via Vuzion CORE.
