Craig GordonMicrosoft has announced new billing requirements that Direct Providers within the CSP programme must meet as from 31 August 2018 – requirements that serve to put an even greater value on the Indirect Reseller/Indirect Provider relationship.

Microsoft Direct Resellers must continue to demonstrate key capabilities incorporating provision of at least one managed service, IP service, or customer solution application, and of a billing and provisioning infrastructure – and from 31 August 2018 must purchase a support contract, with a minimum annual value of $15,000.

Whereas our partners not only benefit from support pricing that starts at £0 per annum, in addition they can take advantage of Vuzion’s:

  • Billing-as-a-Service
  • Next generation control and provisioning panel – enabling digital and cloud transformation with end-to-end automation
  • Smart Ecosystem – helping plug capacity and/or capability gaps
  • EDGE readiness and enablement programme, providing training and up-skilling based on our 20+ years’ experience in the cloud.

Plus, Indirect Resellers are eligible for the same rebate incentives as Direct Resellers.

We firmly believe that “Microsoft’ CSP Program is a story of opportunity and growth for partners, both in recurring and complementary services and product revenue,” (from the IDC’s eBook Partner Choice for Cloud Success*) and that our programmes can help partners enjoy even greater benefits.

From September 2018, a reseller will need to be buying around £20,000 a month or over £200,000 a year to be better off financially as a Direct Reseller rather than a Vuzion Partner

– and there are all the other benefits and advantages offered by Vuzion to add into the equation.
