Using an eSignature solution, such as DocuSign, enables sales and marketing departments to spend less time chasing signatures and more time selling and promoting products, and ultimately building business.
DocuSign delivers a suite of services across department, but, in this blog we’re looking at how the eSignature solution can help sales and marketing teams streamline processing.

DocuSign integrates with many of the leading CRM systems – including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, NetSuite – and users can sign-off on agreements as needed, anywhere, at any time from any PC, laptop, tablet or mobile device, including Apple, BlackBerry, Google Android or Windows phone.
In marketing, DocuSign can help teams launch programmes more quickly, through making it easier to formalise vital contracts, as well as obtain internal sign-off for marketing plans, briefs, and content.
DocuSign can make it easier and simpler for customers to register for marketing events, such as webinars as well as physical events. This is particularly useful for events requiring high level attendance regulation, such as for events within the pharmaceutical industry.
Incorporating eSignature processing can speed up the process for receiving returned, signed legally-binding release forms from customers, for use in mail and email campaigns, and obtaining sign-off for press releases and other media assets.
Overall, the approval process for customer communication is faster, while everyone has visibility across the process, backed up with an audit trail.
