An excellent add-on software system for businesses of all types, Microsoft Azure Stack enables users to build, deploy and use hybrid cloud applications constantly across both Azure and Azure Stack. Up until this month, Azure Stack was available in 46 countries, and we’re excited to announce that Microsoft has now expanded it to a total of 92 countries across the globe.

Simply said, Microsoft Azure Stack is an extension of the cloud computing service, Microsoft Azure, that enables users to consistently run hybrid applications on-site. It can address connectivity and latency requirements for disconnected solutions and edge, as well as develop applications in Azure or on-premises so that a business meets regulatory and policy requirements.
Azure Stack is sold as a mixed system of software and validated hardware that is installed and created by Microsoft's partners. It hugely benefits businesses
by giving users flexibility, consistency and adaptability throughout cloud applications and their individual components such as serverless computing, web services, containers and microservices.
Since its launch last year, Azure Stack has received huge customer demand as a true hybrid cloud. Businesses have used Azure Stack to develop and lead innovative services that set their businesses apart from the rest, whilst solutions have been built by Microsoft’s partners to hold Azure and Azure Stack together. DevOps, Intelligent Edge scenarios and solutions that can meet policy requirements have all been developed, making Azure Stack highly sought after by a range of industries and businesses.
Service providers can use Azure Stack to deliver Azure hybrid cloud solutions to customers, offering a flexible pay-as-you-use model of CSP, that enables providers to manage both Azure and Azure Stack resources without having to change partner centre or billing interfaces. Even better? Service providers' end-customers will have the ability to use the exact same subscriptions across both Azure and Azure Stack.

As a true hybrid cloud, Microsoft Azure Stack is a game changer for global businesses.
