Businesses can face a major challenge when implementing new software, with employees reluctant to embrace unfamiliar technology. Employees are often resistant to change – particularly if time-consuming training is needed – and yet it’s vital for the business that new applications are properly adopted and used to full potential.

Vuzion is delighted to introduce partners to LightUp 365, and the suite of online, on-demand video support and training to help businesses get the most from Microsoft Office 365.

Videos are categorised according to application, with 2,000+ out-of-the-box, on demand, fully searchable, bite-sized ‘how-to’ videos integrated into the Office 365 experience.

The training is based on just-in-time (JIT) learning, which is defined by being on-demand and integrated into the application supported. It’s a learning format proven to be efficient and practical, and cost-effective – particularly as it eliminates the need for formal training and the associated time and cost requirements.

LightUp 365 has developed training videos for all Office 365 applications, with undertaking to create and upload material as quickly as possible following release of new Office 365 features, and to review and modify training for existing applications when major updates are announced.
