Part of our role as a Microsoft CSP Indirect Provider, is to ensure that our partners know about the raft of services available to them from Microsoft.
The CSP program has been created to enhance partner opportunity and help partners accelerate business growth, and Microsoft is continually launching and developing services to support this partner business development.
I’m outlying below, a summary of four key Microsoft services, supporting partners through from solution build to selling and marketing. I strongly recommend taking a few minutes to check through on the links to see the full details that are available for each service.
Access help to build - go-to-market - and sell your solution with Solution Workplace, created as a single, digital resource to help you streamline solution development, through from that initial first idea to successful marketing and selling.
Solution Workspace offers self-serve resources incorporating best practice guidance and recommendations, along with personalised advice, and delivering support across the complete solution development lifecycle.
Cloud Enablement Desk (CED)
Providing one-to-one consulting support, Cloud Enablement Desk gives you access to a dedicated cloud specialist for up to six months.
Your consultant will be able to advise on technical training that’s available, on obtaining competencies, and on accessing incentives and other benefits, as well as providing help with connecting to potential customers via marketplaces, and guidance on co-selling through Microsoft.
Digital Marketing Content OnDemand
Marketing content and campaign programs are essential for growing your business. Microsoft’s Digital Marketing Content OnDemand service offers go-to-market content and campaign materials that you can customise, across the range of content type - from newsletters to blogs.
You pick the topics, and Microsoft through their ContentMX service will provide the content, curated from relevant sources.
Microsoft’s Marketing Concierge service is there to ensure that you have all the information, materials, and advice and guidance you need to market your solutions and services. The service incorporates consultancy advice, working with the UK One Commercial team, as well as guidance on where to go with marketing questions.
The team will also provide support with understanding co-op incentives - with partners able to claim co-op funds for Concierge services!
