Vuzion is delighted to welcome Into the Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) programme as a Vuzion partner, CoreAzure. A leader in the Microsoft technology stack, CoreAzure is an authority on Microsoft Azure, and a key supplier of Azure-based products to the public sector.
Microsoft created CSP indirect partners with the aim of strengthening the partner customer relationship, and with a specific objective of making it easier for customers to purchase the solutions and services they need through enabling them to build a long-lasting relationship with a partner they can trust.
CSP partners must therefore commit to providing a high quality service, to bring their own value and services to final solutions, and provide efficient and accurate billing along with expert customer support.
Charlie La Foret, CoreAzure Pre Sales Consultant, says, “CoreAzure is about helping clients to mazimise their investment in Microsoft technology, while supporting their vision to adopt cloud.
“We are looking forward to passing on the benefits of becoming a CSP to our existing and prospective public and private sector clients, in particular helping them to realise the full potential of the Azure platform.”
Microsoft expects that 80-90 percent of its partners will become CSP Indirect resellers, collaborating with CSP Indirect providers, such as Vuzion, who can provide the specialist services, invoicing and support required to maintain the customer lifecycle relationship.
Julian Dyer, Vuzion CTO, “CoreAzure has an excellent reputation as an established provider of professional and managed services. Their partnership with Vuzion in the CSP programme will help transform and drive the company’s growth.
“For Vuzion, CoreAzure’s skills and expertise represent a valuable addition to our ecosystem, and we’re very pleased to welcome them as a Vuzion CSP partner.”
Microsoft is putting their trust in CSP Indirect resellers to showcase and deliver the Microsoft cloud portfolio and is committed to developing the CSP partner capabilities.
Julian Dyer reports, “Vuzion has already supported scores of resellers in switching to the CSP programme, especially from the Advisor model – and with Microsoft turning off Advisor rebates on 30 June, now is the time for any IT providers who haven’t done so, to make the transition.”
