Vuzion MD Michael Frisby was delighted to accept Microsoft’s CSP Momentum Partner of the Year Award at the Cloud and Hosting Summit in Seattle 21-23 March 2017.
The award is especially exciting, coming as it does, as Vuzion celebrates its first anniversary.
“This award reflects all of the hard work of everyone within Cobweb and Vuzion over the last 12 months,” comments Michael, “and I feel very proud and honoured to have been able to collect the award on their behalf!
“We’ve seen a 300% increase in our CSP (cloud solution provider) customer base in the last 12 months and now deliver services to more than 200,000 cloud users. This award is recognition of a true cross-company effort to deliver this fantastic growth.”
In a year marked by strong growth, Vuzion has doubled the number of participating resellers who joined from Vuzion’s parent company, Cobweb, to over 400, with monthly revenue growth of more than 60% year over year.
“We’ve driven strong revenue growth by helping resellers transition thousands of customers to the cloud in our first year.” Michael continues. “Many partners have taken advantage of our billing-as-a-service offering, which removes operational cost and increases profit as they transition to a cloud-first business.
“We have also supported scores of resellers in switching to the CSP programme, especially from Advisor and Open. With Microsoft turning off Advisor rebates on 30 June, now is the time for any IT providers who haven’t yet switched to CSP to make the transition.”
With Office 365 and Microsoft Azure core offerings, Vuzion also offers solutions and services such as Microsoft’s EM+S, Dynamics 365, Power BI, BitTitan, DocuSign, Exclaimer, SkyKick, Light Up 365, TermSet, AvePoint, Mimecast, Global Relay and TransVault within the portfolio.
The company was also proud to launch Vuzion EDGE during the year, a partner readiness and enablement programme which incorporates education and training to support partner growth and has already trained dozens of partners
