The annual Microsoft Cloud Service Provider Summit takes place in Berlin, 26-27 October 2016.
Vuzion’s MD Michael Frisby and CTO Julian Dyer are delighted to be attending the invitation-only event for CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) partners.
With 210 partners attending from across the world, the summit is an opportunity to learn insights and share experiences with industry peers along with receiving program and service updates from Microsoft.
Michael Frisby will share Vuzion’s experience of helping resellers grow customer lifetime value and detail how a Cloud solution provider can deliver ongoing value through managed services.
“I will be talking about our new offering Cobweb Complete for Office 365,” Michael explains, “built on Cobweb’s 20 years’ experience of delivering, managing and supporting cloud services.
“We’ve created Cobweb Complete for Office 365 as a fully-managed service which manages and monitors an organisation’s entire Office 365 suite, offering detailed insights and optimisation capabilities, as well as enhanced security and backup – delivered with end-user training, guidance and comprehensive 24*7 support.”
Designed with the main objective of enabling customers to access the full value of Office 365 the package incorporates features ranging from a pre-deployment health check and managed onboarding through to the 24*7 support and proactive alerts.
Other agenda topics at the Microsoft Cloud Service Provider Summit in Berlin include Microsoft Azure, Skype for Business, and Dynamics 365, along with many 1-to-1 and ‘meet the expert’ sessions.
“Julian and I are very much looking forward to attending the summit,” says Michael. “It is a great opportunity to meet with other CSP partners, to share knowledge and experience, and learn from each other.”
