Vuzion is delighted to have been shortlisted for the Cloud Distributor of the Year Award at this year’s CRN Channel Awards.

CRN is the leading news source for solution providers and the IT channel, and with the results due to be announced at the Battersea Events Arena on 17 November 2016, the Channel Oscars – as the event is known – is now in its 23rd year.

The CRN award categories are evaluated and the list refreshed annually to reflect technology and industry development. The cloud distribution category was launched last year in recognition of the continuing growing importance of Cloud and the evolution of the distribution industry.

Michael Frisby, Managing Director of Vuzion, comments, “It is a great honour to be nominated for this award and for the company’s achievements to have been recognised in this way, particularly as Vuzion is not yet a year old.”

Founded in April 2016, Vuzion grew out of Cobweb Solutions. Leveraging Cobweb’s 20 years’ experience of delivering, managing and supporting Cloud services Vuzion’s mission is to enable IT resellers, system integrators and Service Providers to build future-proof profitable Cloud-based businesses.

Services within Vuzion’s smart ecosystem include the full range of Microsoft Cloud solutions, Cobweb’s Hosted Exchange offerings and solutions from partners such as Acronis, BitTitan, Cirius, Global Relay, Mimecast and Symantec.

Michael Frisby continues, “Vuzion has invested heavily to help partners throughout the customer lifecycle.

“Our platform is designed to enable any IT provider become a complete Cloud Solution Provider. Our services incorporate comprehensive technical, capability development, commercial and marketing support, as well as offering dedicated Cloud solution consultants to help shorten the sales cycle.”

Around 1,700 industry representatives will attend the Awards ceremony in November and Vuzion is looking forward to an interesting and inspiring evening.
