This course will teach delegates about Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales. Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales is an end-to-end application to manage the handling of customers and potential customers; tracking data against sales goals, automating best practices and learning from the data. Using the application’s available automation and customization options delegates will learn how to enable sales staff to be their most productive selves

This course is constituted as follows

  • Theoretical: 30%
  • Practical - Demo: 20%
  • Practical - Tasks, Activities or Labs: 50%

Who Should Attend?
Course Level: 200-300. This course is for administrators who work with Dynamics 365 as well as functional consultants deploying in a Dynamics 365 environment. It is also aimed at those who are responsible for implementing solutions that support a sales lifecycle to run efficiently and effectively to meet revenue targets, business strategies, and company objectives

Roles Aimed at: Consultant, Administrator, Managed Service Engineer, Sales Support, or any IT professional whose role is to support a sales life cycle to run efficiently and effectively to meet revenue targets, look to consolidate their deep knowledge or looking to certify

The course is designed for those with technical backgrounds. It is highly recommended to have experience with sales and sales teams

This course is not intended for:

  • Inexperienced users of Dynamics 365
  • Inexperienced users of Power Platform
  • Non-technical roles

Certifications & Competencies
This course is linked to exam MB-210 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales. For Microsoft Partners, this exam is linked to the Cloud Business Applications competency

Exam is not included in the cost of the course and should be paid for separately. Note, to achieve Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate you will also need to take and pass PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant

Prerequisites
This course has the following prerequisites:

  • A modern laptop/desktop
  • A modern browser (Edge/Chrome)
  • A good internet connection (wired recommended)

The candidate should have

  • Experience of working with Sales and Sales Teams
  • Familiarity of business applications such as the Power Platform and the desire to customize and implement them for your business.
