This course will provide delegates with a broad introduction to the customer engagement capabilities of Dynamics 365. Delegates will become familiar with the concept of customer engagement, as well as each of the customer engagement apps, including Dynamics 365 Marketing, Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Field Service, and the customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities of Dynamics 365 Project Operations. This course will include lecture as well as hands-on labs

Course Format
Delivered virtually using Microsoft Teams. This course is delivered over two days and will be 9-5.30 on both days

Course Constitution
This course is constituted as follows

  • Theoretical: 50%
  • Practical - Demo: 35%
  • Practical - Tasks, Activities or Labs: 15%

Percentages are approximate. Whilst we endeavor to include a blend of theory, demo and activities in all of our courses we recognise that some delegates prefer a particular style of course (I.e. wholly or predominantly lab based workshops or immersion experiences) and would ask them to consider their preferred learning style before registration. We would also ask delegates to check the site regularly for new courses as we expand to offer different blends of theory/practice

Who Should Attend?
Course Level: 100. This course is for people in different roles and at various stages in their careers. This includes IT professionals, business stakeholders and others who want to be exposed to the customer engagement capabilities of Dynamics 365, trainees, and people changing direction who want to leverage Dynamics 365 to move to the next level.

Roles Aimed at: Senior Commercial Roles, Entry level Technical Roles and Senior Technical Roles reskilling or consolidating knowledge

 The course is designed for those with non-technical backgrounds, such as those involved in selling/purchasing cloud-based solutions and services but who have technical involvement with Dynamics 365. They are also intended for candidates with a technical background who are starting their technical career or need to validate their knowledge

This course is not intended for:

  • Experienced administrators, architects, developers
  • Commercial roles with no involvement
  • Roles that have no experience of Dynamics 365

This course is linked to exam MB-910 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM). This course is not linked to a competency. Exam is not included in the cost of the course and should be paid for and taken separately

Prerequisites
This course has the following prerequisites

  • A modern laptop/desktop
  • A modern browser (Edge/Chrome)
  • A good internet connection (wired recommended)
The delegate should also have
  • Some knowledge of customer engagement principles and business operations
  • Some understanding and experience of cloud computing
